Allure magazine compiled and extensive list of beauty products for their October 2009 issue, and as part of their research, they realized that supermodel Carmen Kass is the perfect face for the most gaudy of shades in this beauty editorial.
The editorial was photographed by Mario Testino at his most flamboyant. While I’m a big fan of his subtle glamorous photoshoots of the past, this is a great way for him to showcase his out of his comfort zone efforts.
Carmen Kass is mostly wearing make-up by Max Factor (who she happens to be the Brand Ambassador of), and jewelry by Bounkit and Butler & Wilson. Clothes by Michael Kors, Jay Ahr and Agent Provocateur.
