Dries van Noten Spring/Summer 2010: “The Parisian Chic World Tour”
Belgian fashion designer, Dries van Noten loves his prints, and he certainly knows how to make any print look absolutely divinely chic. His Spring/summer 2010 collection was no exception to the rule. Van Noten took the most elaborate prints and embroideries from all over the world and made dresses, coats, boxy jackets and sarong skirts in a plethora of luxurious fabrics.
The Parisian chic looks include Japanese kimono fabrics, Indian saris, Chinese embroideries and Java batiks that especially he had commissioned. The styles are immaculately simple, with exuberant elegance, beautifully matching and mismatching earth tones prints and sheer worldly ethic exquisiteness.
Toning the styles are classic shoes with matching prints, chunky gorgeous jewelry… Classic Dries van Noten.
