In the Fall 2009 issue of DV Man magazine, I was mesmerized by an entire excellently executed editorial, focusing entirely on the current men’s trend of dressing like the “Good Old Days” (which also happens to be the title of the editorial), the three-piece suits, capes and fabulous tweeds.
Photographer Carl Bengtsson shot Viggo Jonasson, Charlie Westerberg, Kristian Akergren, Theo Storesund, Mattias H and Per B, styled by Ursula Wangander, to channel the charm and beautiful nostalgia of the era in exquisitely texture photographs to reflect said “Good Old Days”.
The models are wearing Acne, Jil Sander, Prada, Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair, J.Lindeberg, Yohji Yamamoto, Burberry, Boss and Filippa K.
