For those of us regulars of Chelsea's vibrant social map of restaurants, bars and clubs, we always appreciate the opening of new venues, especially when these feature fabulous food, an exciting concept, and an all encompassing offering from restaurant, bar and nightclub to a series of private luxury serviced suites.
Enter the world of
Mare Moto, just a few blocks down the
Bluebird landmark on King's Road, and you get all of that. The venue invited us all for its recent launch this month. The main area welcomes you to both the bar on the left and the restaurant on the right, within a large friendly and yet authentically refined space. The food is exquisitely prepared by a dedicated kitchen, and last but not least, the event --which was a great preview of Mare Moto's social scene-- welcomed many of our close acquaintances as meticulously invited by our friend Matthew Steeples (you might remember his very successful
Coco de Mer / John Stoddart night).
Certainly, Mare Moto will become a new spot on the map for us, a new landmark for Chelsea, for many regulars of the area in London's social scene, and most likely beyond. Should you want to stay there for a drink, dinner, a night out or for a long stay in the suite offering, you are bound to have a great, genuinely fun time.
