No one knows luxury like Karl Lagerfeld, and he knows how to keep your luxuries safe, stylishly safe I might add. In his latest design collaboration, Lagerfeld designed a limited edition safe with luxury safe company Döttling, and titled it (appropriately) “Narcissus”. Only 30 will be made (the first one belonging to Karl), and it’s safe to assume, it’s the most expensive of its kind, for 250,000 euros.
According to WWD: “Just under six-feet tall and less than a foot deep, the steel body, sheathed in high-gloss chrome-plated aluminum, looks like an impregnable monolith. But when activated by the owner, two doors butterfly open to reveal interior cabinets containing watch winders and jewelry drawers”.
