After New York’s and before that of London’s, it was Paris’ turn to succumb to the magic of the seventies with a party inspired by the sexy video of the Duran Duran hit, ‘Girl Panic’. In a chic, glamorous and charming ambience, the inauguration of the new showroom, situated in the heart of Paris’ golden triangle, took place on Thursday 10th May 2012.
DJ Harvey set a real rock’n roll mood by playing diverse remixes of the British hit each time the clip was projected on the wall of the showroom. Five models dressed in Myla lingerie raised the temperature on the mythical bed of the London Savoy Hotel to create a luxurious and voluptuous party, taking over the roles of Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Yasmine Lebon, Helena Christensen and even Cindy Crawford.
During the course of the evening, Savoir Beds provided a silk dream, with bubbles and feathers, allowing guests to spend an unforgettable evening. One can still feel the magic of Savoir Beds in the streets of Paris, where several white feathers can still be seen floating around.
Since 1905, the British bedding expert Savoir Beds – the exclusive supplier of the famous Savoy Hotel in London – has not stopped creating or innovating. Londoners were the first to benefit from their beds, made with some of the most natural products, such as horsehair, wool, cotton, linen and solid oak. Very quickly, Savoir Beds started to develop and open outlets in New York, Shanghai, Berlin, Prague and now, Paris.
