This year at SCOPE New York, the SCOPE foundation will present “Cheap Fast and Out of Control,” a show of prints, posters, and drawings for under $200. Along with the work for sale there will be concert every night and a personal benefit auction where people can bid on a welding lessons, silk screening lessons, and the like. We caught up with Lilah Freedland in the wing of the fair devoted solely to the show.
