Spacious, sunny loft asks $675K in Downtown LA

In the old UPS building on Flower Street Surrounded by shiny new skyscrapers, Flower Street Lofts bills itself as a pioneer of South Park , the booming Downtown LA neighborhood anchored by the Staples Center and LA Live. The building was erected in 1936 as a distribution center for the United Parcels Service. In 2003, before Downtown’s “revitalization” really took off, it was expanded and converted into 91 lofts.
